The 5th Element wins da Kink Award for Cultural Diversity on stage!

We are excited to announce that Catalyst's show "The 5th Element" is the recipient of the "To whom much is given...'da Kink Award"!

Sponsored by Canadian playwright Trey Anthony, this award is presented to 2 companies in The 2011 Toronto Fringe Festival whose shows promote cultural diversity on stage. Trey's first play, 'da Kink in My Hair, was produced at The Toronto Fringe in 2001, and went on to be the first Canadian play at the Princess of Wales Theatre for Mirvish Productions.

Celebrating Toronto's multi-cultural mix is extremely important to us. We are honored and beyond thankful to be recognized for this.

Also if you haven't already - you still have a few days to check out 'da Kink in My Hair playing in the Enwave Theatre at the Harbourfront Centre. Click here to get your tickets! 'da Kink is 'da bomb! This show is a must see. Let's continue to support Canada's talent!
